$20,000 Total in Scholarships

Every day, we help our members take steps toward greater financial success – including the students in our credit union community! With support from the Center Parc Foundation, our $20,000 Scholarship Program, we offer the young adults in our communities the opportunity to apply for and earn one of eight $2,500 scholarships, available to scholars who demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to community service.

You MUST have your application and supporting documents postmarked/delivered no later than 5 p.m. on April 30, 2026 to be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY

Our scholarship program is open to graduating high school seniors who have been accepted into and will enroll in an undergraduate course of study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school. It is also open to continuing education students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school. Applicants must be members of Center Parc or have parents, grandparents, or legal guardians who are members at the time of entry.

Four (4) scholarships of $2,500 each open to graduating high school seniors from our membership

Two (2) scholarships of $2,500 each designated to graduating senior applicants affiliated with a postal-related organization (such as NRLCA, UPMA, APLUS, NAPS, or GAPCC)

Two (2) scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded to applicants continuing their education who are currently enrolled at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school and will complete at least 24 credit hours through completed courses and current enrollment.

How to Apply

To apply for your chance at winning a scholarship, complete our online form and upload or mail the following additional documents:

  • High school and/or college transcript
  • Resume: should include list of extracurricular activities, honors, awards, volunteer/work experience, etc.
  • Letter of recommendation from a non-relative
  • Essay: Submit a minimum of 400 words responding to the following prompt:

    The Meaning of Service and Leadership
    Service and leadership often go hand in hand. Share an experience where you helped others, stood up for something important, or took on a leadership role in your school or community. What did you learn from this experience, and how will it shape the way you contribute to your community in the future?
