Definitions

Active Primary Member – The primary account holder with at least one open account or loan and at least one member-initiated transaction within the past 12 months. Membership status must meet this definition from the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period through the time of winner selection.

Good Standing – Defined as having no negative share balances or delinquent loans from the start of the Sweepstakes Period through the time of winner selection.

Sweepstakes Period – July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST, through September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

Sweepstakes Week – Monday through Sunday, except for partial weeks at the beginning and the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The first sweepstakes week begins July 1, 2026 and ends July 5, 2026. The final sweepstakes week ends September 30, 2026.

Participation in all three (3) sweepstakes is limited to U.S. residents age 18 or older who are

Active Primary Members of Center Parc Credit Union in good standing.

Employees, officials, and members of their households are not eligible.

  1. Eligibility for Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes #1 - Loan Sweepstakes - $250 Loan Payment Credit

Active Primary Members of Center Parc Credit Union in good standing who apply for, are approved for, and fund a new qualifying loan during the Sweepstakes Period, and who enroll in automatic payments at or before loan funding and maintain automatic payments through the time of winner selection, will receive one (1) entry into the weekly random drawing for the sweepstakes week in which the loan is funded. One (1) winner will be selected each sweepstakes week from all eligible entries received for that week. The winner will receive a $250 loan payment credit applied to the qualifying loan balance, provided they meet eligibility requirements at the time of winner selection.

All consumer and business loans qualify for this sweepstakes, except credit cards. Credit qualifications apply and not all applicants will qualify.

Approximate Retail Value: $250.

Sweepstakes #2 - Debit Card Usage Sweepstakes - $250 Share Deposit

Active Primary Members of Center Parc Credit Union in good standing who use their Center Parc Credit Union debit card for qualifying purchase transactions that post to the member’s account during the applicable sweepstakes week will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying transaction. A transaction is considered “posted” when it is fully processed and reflected in the member’s account transaction history. Each week, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received that sweepstakes week. The winner will receive a $250 share deposit, provided they meet eligibility requirements at the time of winner selection.

Eligible transactions include debit card swipes, tap-to-pay transactions, digital wallet transactions and online debit card purchases. ATM withdrawals, returns, fraudulent transactions and any non-purchase transactions do not qualify. Approximate Retail Value: $250.

Sweepstakes #3 - Member Engagement Grand Prize - $1,776 Share Deposit

Active Primary Members of Center Parc Credit Union in good standing will earn entries during the Sweepstakes Period based on qualifying accounts and qualifying service enrollments that are active at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries earned in Sweepstakes #1 and Sweepstakes #2 will automatically carry forward and be included in the total entries for Sweepstakes #3. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a $1,776 share deposit, provided they meet eligibility requirements at the time of winner selection.

Qualifying accounts include all deposit and loan accounts under the primary membership, including credit cards, with each account counted as one (1) entry.

Qualifying service enrollments include active enrollment in eStatements, an active direct deposit (received each calendar month), and active enrollment in online/mobile banking, with each qualifying service counted as one (1) entry. Approximate Retail Value: $1,776.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes Period begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST, and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

There will be fourteen (14) weekly random drawing periods during the Sweepstakes Period, including two (2) partial weeks at the beginning and end and twelve (12) full Monday through Sunday weeks. One (1) random grand prize drawing will be held at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time.

3. Prizes
  • Fourteen (14) $250 loan payment credits (total $3,500). Loan payment credits will be applied within 48 business hours after receipt of the signed Publicity Authorization Consent, Prize Acceptance and Release form.
  • Fourteen (14) $250 share deposits (total $3,500). Deposits will be posted within 48 business hours after receipt of the signed Publicity Authorization Consent, Prize Acceptance and Release form.
  • One (1) $1,776 grand prize share deposit (total $1,776). The deposit will be posted within 48 business hours after receipt of the signed Publicity Authorization Consent, Prize Acceptance and Release form.

Total Sweepstakes prize value: $8,776. Weekly drawings will be held each Monday beginning July 6, 2026 and ending October 5, 2026. The grand prize drawing will be held on October 5, 2026. Winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, which may be substantial. The Credit Union does not guarantee that any participant will win a prize.

4. Entry Methods

A. Automatic Entries

  • Loan Sweepstakes: Earn one (1) entry per qualifying loan funded with automatic payments during the applicable sweepstakes week.
  • Debit Card Sweepstakes: Earn one (1) entry per qualifying posted transaction during the applicable sweepstakes week.
  • Grand Prize: Includes all entries earned from qualifying accounts, service enrollments and entries carried forward from Sweepstakes #1 and #2.

B. Alternate Method of Entry – Mail-In

One (1) mail-in entry per Active Primary Member of Center Parc Credit Union in good standing per sweepstakes week is permitted. To enter without qualifying activity, mail a handwritten 3 x 5 card with name, address, phone number, and last four (4) digits of the member number.
 
Mail-In entries:
  • Will receive one (1) entry into the applicable weekly drawings for the sweepstakes week in which the entry is received.
  • All mail-in entries will be included and accumulate toward the total number of entries for the grand prize drawing, consistent with automatic entries.
  • Must be received by September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
  • Must be legible; photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

Each entry, regardless of method, has an equal chance of winning. Entry limits differ by method as described in these Official Rules. The Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or entries submitted without proper postage.

5. No Purchase or Account Activity Required

No purchase, loan, account opening, or other account activity is required to participate or win in any sweepstakes. Obtaining a loan, opening an account, or engaging in account activity will not increase your chances of being selected beyond the number of entries permitted under these official rules. Participation is optional and is not a condition of obtaining any product or service.

6. Publicity and Use of Winner Information

Where permitted by law, by accepting a prize, winner(s) consent to the use of their name, photograph, or likeness for advertising and sweepstakes purposes without additional compensation. The name of the prize winner(s) may be posted at all Credit Union branches and published in the Credit Union's newsletters, website, social media accounts and other informational resources. Failure to sign the required Publicity Authorization Consent, Prize Acceptance and Release form within the required timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Taxes, Prize Restrictions, and Legal Compliance

Prize winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes or other assessments related to their winnings. The Credit Union may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC where required by law. Prizes are non-transferable, and all decisions regarding winner selection are final. If a selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements, does not comply with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. This sweepstakes is governed by Georgia law and is void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are not required to be present to win.

To claim a prize, winners must sign and return a Publicity Authorization Consent, Prize Acceptance and Release form to Center Parc Credit Union, “America’s 250th Anniversary,” 400 Porsche Ave., Atlanta, GA 30354, within 14 days of winner selection notification. Prizes will only be awarded if participants comply with the Official Rules. No other compensation or consideration will be provided.

8. Release of Claims

All winners, members of any winner’s household, any person who uses a prize, and each of their respective heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators, release and hold harmless the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, or damages, whether known or unknown, that arise now or in the future from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.
